Hexaware Technologies is currently looking to hire an M365 Messaging Expert for multiple locations including Chennai, Mumbai, Pune, Noida, and Bangalore. 

Immediate joiners are preferred with a maximum of 15 days, and the project is set to start on August 16th, 2024.

Responsibilities include:

- Designing, implementing, and maintaining Microsoft 365 (M365) and Exchange environments for seamless business operations.

- Serving as the primary point of contact for all M365 and Exchange-related issues, offering expert support and troubleshooting.

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess business needs and recommend solutions based on M365 and Exchange capabilities.

- Planning and executing migrations, upgrades, and patches for M365 and Exchange systems with minimal operational disruption.

- Monitoring system performance and security to optimize and secure M365 and Exchange environments.

- Developing and maintaining documentation, including configuration guides, procedures, and best practices for M365 and Exchange administration.

- Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in M365 and Exchange administration to suggest enhancements for system reliability and performance.

- Providing training and knowledge transfer to IT staff and end-users on M365 and Exchange features and functionality.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 8-10 years of experience in M365 and Exchange administration roles, particularly in enterprise-level environments.
