Load balancer

IPS/IDS

Cisco ISE/NAC

TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP

Subnetting expertise

Routing Protocol

Cisco switching expertise

Job Description

• Device Health Monitoring including CPU utilisation, system load, memory utilisation, volume utilisation

• Patching and hotfixes

• Proactive system maintenance to ensure optimal performance

• Administration of software and hardware licenses.

• Firewall configuration and policy backup management

• Monthly Performance, Availability and Capacity

• Proactive tuning and management of the IDS/IPS Systems based on knowledge of the Athora’s Supported Products

• Analyse traffic on the Check Point IDS/IPS logs and detect signs of intrusion on data that is monitored via the IDS/IPS System

• CCSE/CCTE Certification

• Oversee 24x7 Remote NOC
