Tire Manufacturing Technician – Constructeur de pneu prototype
Horaires de travail: 2 poses dans le régime de 5 jours (C15)
Dans le cadre de nos activités de prototypage de pneus expérimentaux, le laboratoire de prototypage est partner dans la réalisation de pneus qui seront ensuite testés afin de développer les technologies de demain.
Pour joindre une équipe de 16 collaborateurs, nous recherchons un technicien rigoureux, assidu et méticuleux.
Dans cette opportunité, vous acquerrez de l'expérience dans la fabrication de pneus et développement de nouvelles technologies, et vous serez responsable de confectionner des pneus dans le respect de nos normes de qualité et de sécurité.
Fonction:
Vos responsabilités:
Construire les pneus prototype selon la spécification définie par le construction engineer.
Réalisation des réglages machine et relâche de la construction après discussion avec le construction engineer.
Rédaction des rapports de construction afin de préparer les itérations suivantes.
Participation à la résolution de problème liée au process de fabrication afin de garantir la qualité du produit.
Compréhension et mise en pratique des procédures (Safety, qualité, opération).
Participer au nettoyage et au rangement de l’espace de travail.
Profil:
Diplôme CATP/DAP (ou équivalent) ou expérience d'au moins 4 ans en milieu manuel ou industriel.
Esprit d'équipe, flexibilité, autonomie et responsabilité.
Une bonne connaissance du français, connaissances de l'anglais et de l'allemand sont de solides atouts.
Bonnes connaissances du travail sur ordinateur et des programmes de base (Microsoft Office).

As part of our tire prototyping manufacturing activities, the Innovation Prototyping Laboratory (IPL) is a partner in the production of tires that are then tested to develop future technologies.
To join a team of 16 employees, we're looking for a rigorous, assiduous and meticulous technician.
In this opportunity, you will gain experience in tire manufacturing and the development of new technologies, and you will be responsible for building tires in compliance with our quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
Build prototype tires according to specifications defined by the construction engineer.
Carry out machine set-up and release the construction in collaboration with the construction engineer.
Write construction reports to prepare for next iterations.
Participate in problem-solving related to the manufacturing process to guarantee the delivery of a quality product.
Understanding and applying procedures (safety, quality, operation).
Participate in cleaning (5S) the work area.
Profile:
Technical degree or at least 4 years’ experience in industrial environment.
Team spirit, flexibility, autonomy and responsibility.
Good knowledge of French, English and German are strong assets.
Good knowledge of computer work and basic programs (Microsoft Office).
